School district expenditures—For Racism/Special Interests

Beware.  While this is about the Simi Valley Unified School district—your District might be doing the same.

“The district received the latest California Healthy Youth Act (AB 321); more Core Curriculum; the advanced version of Social Emotional Learning; Panorama student data mining; and the old district school logo morphed into a new design representing local indigenous tribe.

In addition, experts on diversity, equity and inclusion, and ethnic studies were hired.

The digital notebooks were replaced by the last edition of Microsoft Surface for all students and its accessories; and Restorative Justice and Equal Opportunity School racial monitoring completed the reinvestment.

DEI required the district to hire diversity compliance specialists, social workers, digital psychologists.

Lastly, Universal Transitional Kindergarten was launched for the all-day education of 3-and 4-year-old learners. The near future will bring—heavily advertised in the local Acorn—a dual language, taxpayer-funded “immersion” academy for “foreign children.”

Simi schools are preparing for a future for America.  It is a future of segregation via language.  You do not need to destroy the nation from Washington, just do it school district by school district.

School district expenditures—For Racism/Special Interests

Since the appointment of Jason Peplinski in 2014 as the superintendent of SVUSD, a curious observer must notice the major expenditures at its budget center.

Some of us did not pay enough attention and had to perform comprehensive board agenda research for the details.

The district received the latest California Healthy Youth Act (AB 321); more Core Curriculum; the advanced version of Social Emotional Learning; Panorama student data mining; and the old district school logo morphed into a new design representing local indigenous tribe.

Restructure included installation of Tesla batteries, more solar panels, the latest inclusive playgrounds for the youngest and disabled learners, 7-foot fences, re-landscaping, furniture, school kitchens equipped with the latest technology, an array of inclusive libraries, diversified school books, both digital and paper, and school theaters, to name a few.

The funds came from several bonds and various state and federal taxes (so-called grants).

The 35-year, $239 million SVUSD Bond X of 2015 was created and placed on a ballot and approved by 55% of uninformed voters. It brought a sea of the latest “reconstruction.”

But that is not the end of “improvements.” Currently, the new SVUSD board of trustees is considering an additional 35-year school bond of a potential $450 million, at a questionable interest rate to be considered on the ballot in November of 2024 or 2026.
