University of California Signs RACIST Union Agreement—Needs Lawsuit to Stop Racist Promotions

Read this government press release carefully.  Buried DEEP in it is the vile racism of the State of California and unions.  They are “proud” of the new negotiated contract with the union.  It gives an overview of the agreements—then you will note buried deep in this is the APPROVAL OF RACISM AS THE GOAL OF THE CONTRACT.

“Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging: Positive contributions to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging made by librarians can be recognized through the merit and promotion process.”

Watch as some librarians are passed over for promotion due to their skin color—the taxpayers will finance the discrimination lawsuits—and courts will overturn this Democrat KKK policy.

The University of California and the University Council-American Federation of Teachers (UC-AFT) agreed to a new contract yesterday for 354 Professional Librarians across the UC system’s ten universities and six academic health centers.

The agreement was reached after 21 bargaining sessions over 11 months between the two parties. The new contract expires on Jan. 1, 2029.

Major components of the new contract include:

  • Wage increases: During the contract’s first year, the salary scales for represented and non-represented librarians will be aligned. After that, salaries will increase annually by 3.5 percent, 3.5 percent, 3 percent, and 3 percent. Librarians will also receive a $2,000 one-time payment upon ratification of the contract.
  • Professional Development: Each librarian will be entitled to a minimum of $1,250 annually for professional development.
  • Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging: Positive contributions to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging made by librarians can be recognized through the merit and promotion process.
  • Flexible Work Arrangement: New language that expands upon, clarifies and makes consistent, flexible work arrangements, including remote work across the University.

“This contract demonstrates our commitment to fair labor practices and a collaborative relationship with our librarians,” said Matt Teaford, Executive Director of Systemwide Labor Relations. “We want to thank the members of UC-AFT’s bargaining team for their dedication to this process. Both teams demonstrated the willingness to listen to and acknowledge the interests behind the bargaining proposals and to find common ground where possible to complete a successful contract negotiation. We respect and value the essential role the UC-AFT and other UC labor unions play in furthering the missions of the University.”
