LOS ANGELES ON FIRE: STEVE HILTON GIVES SOLUTIONS
We know that L.A. is on fire. We know that Newsom, Bass and the Sacramento Democrats are the reason. Their environmental, water and security policy made it inevitable that the largest fire in American history would happen. It was just a matter of time. The L.A. Fire Chief complained about the lack of resources—the LAFD is a minimum of 1,000 people short of the need. A Deputy Fire Chief was on Fox, reminding us that a year ago he predicted a massive fire and lots of deaths. Sadly, his predication came true.
A few days ago Fox contributor Steve Hilton and founder of a Think Tank—Golden Together,. held a press conference, along with a retired LAFD leader and former State Senator Gloria Romero. The purpose was not to berate Newsom, it was to remind folks what everyone already knew about the real cause of the fire, but to provide solutions for the problem. They are realistic, common sense and easy to implement—if we do not want a repeat of the last week.
