California Democrats Reach New Lows Supporting Sex Trafficking, Reparations, Welfare Fraud, Trans in Prison

Find all the ills of society—and the Democrats will be promoting them.  Hate crimes, bad schools, illegal aliens, corruption and government waste.  These are being championed by the Democrats.

So, which law does Gavin Newsom – allowing a 24 year old to have sex with a 14 year old and escape a felony conviction, or charging offenders with a felony for purchasing 16-17-year-olds for sex?

Newsom’s flip-flopping is flagrant.

Then Democrats pivoted to the real reason Republicans were supportive of the bill to make it a felony to purchase 16-17-year-olds for sex – Donald Trump!”

The good news is that perverts and criminals have few votes.  Families that want good schools and jobs—are the vast majority.  Newsom is leading the Democrats into a generation of losses.  Go for it Gavin!  But your authentic self, LOL.

California Democrats this week blocked a bill to make purchasing sex from 16-17-year-olds a felony.

The Globe has been saying for several years now that the stupid people are in charge of everything in California, and they proved it beyond a shadow of a doubt this week. They also proved that they will say and do anything for money, because no actual human with a soul could advocate for policies that harm children the way purschasing sex from teenagers does.

Assemblywoman Maggie Krell (D-Sacramento) and Senator Shannon Grove (R-Bakersfield) authored AB 379 to make solicitation of sex from anyone under 18 a felony. Currently there is a gap between age 14 and age 18 because of Sen. Scott Wiener’s bill 2020 bill, SB 1045, that allows a 24 year old to have sex with a 14 year old and escape a felony conviction and the requirement to be a registered sex offender. The Globe asked at the time, “How can this bill be legal when California’s age of consent is still 18?”

Krell objected on Tuesday when Democrats hijacked her bill, removed the provision for the age cap for soliciting older minors, took her name off of the bill and replaced it with the Assembly Public Safety Chairman Nick Schultz’s (D-Burbank). Krell, a former Deputy Attorney General who prosecuted sex crimes, said Democrats had forced her to agree to it or the bill would not be heard by the Public Safety committee. “We need to say, loud and clear, that if you’re under 18, a child, a minor … the person buying that person should be charged with a felony,” she said in the Assembly during debate. “It’s plain and simple, sex without consent – that’s rape.”

Tell that to California’s bent Democrats.

You can’t make this up. California’s Democrats are so totally devoid of souls and brains, that in the same bill debate where they argued on behalf of sex trafficking teenagers, they said if Republicans would not support their twisted, sick position, well then… it’s TRUMP’s fault!

As Assemblyman Carl DeMaio said,  “If you need to study whether it’s right or wrong to buy a 16 or 17-year-old child for sex, you’re unfit for office.”

Welfare Fraud Decriminalization Bill Passes Senate Committee

California taxpayers lose billions every year to welfare scammers. And rather than stiffening the penalties to make committing welfare fraud a real deterent, Democrats proposed a bill to curtail the prosecution of welfare fraudsters.

Senate Bill 560, authored by Senator Lola Smallwood-Cuevas (D-Los Angeles), would specifically delete the provision that establishes criminal penalties for an attempt to commit welfare fraud, as well as remove criminal penalties for welfare fraud.

“They protect criminals and stick taxpayers with the bill!” Assemblyman DeMaio tweeted.

So now Democrats are protecting sex traffickers, welfare fraud hucksters, and this   – California Democrats killed Sen. Shannon Grove’s Bill to secure women’s prisons from predatory trans inmates.

Bill to Keep Biological Men Out of Women’s Prisons Killed by Democrats

Democrats killed Sen. Shannon Grove’s good bill to require the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation to secure women’s prisons from predatory transgenders claiming to be women, for the transfer to a less secure prison. Senator Scott Wiener stubbornly clung to his “trans are the victims” theme. Wiener claimed that 68% of sexual assaults in women’s prisons are by CDCR employees. And then he said that the people backing Senator Grove’s bill oppose every trans bill. He called it a “crusade inflamed by President Donald Trump and his allies.”

Committee Chairman Assemblyman Jesse Arreguín, the former Democrat mayor of Berkeley, reiterated: “There’s a culture war in the country to strip away the rights of trans people – that is a fact.”

It’s actually not a fact, but is leftist hysteria. The hearing was a freak show.

Baby Murderer Granted Early Parole Thanks to Prop 57

San Luis Obispo District Attorney Dan Dow just sent California Governor Gavin Newsom a letter urging reversal of the Board of Parole Hearings’ decision to release Allie Brown, a “trans woman” now, (formerly Herbert David Brown, III) early from prison.

In 2013, Herbert Brown beat his two-year-old daughter, Lily Brown, to death, when Lily was not yet 2 years old and still in diapers. Gov. Newsom’s hand picked parole board granted this monster parole.

DA Dow says Mr. Brown was convicted and sentenced to a minimum of 15 years to life. At the time of his conviction, the law stated that in order to be considered for parole, the convict must first serve every day of the minimum – in this case, 15 years. Proposition 57 gave offenders extra credits toward their sentence, leading to early eligibility – retroactively.

California Reparations Bill Passed in Assembly Judiciary Committee.

AB 57 is one of 16 reparations bills this year in the legislature. California wasn’t a slave state, by the way.

The reparations bill proposes to give at least 10% of funds from California Housing Finance Agency’s home purchase assistance program to qualified individuals who are descendants of formerly enslaved people.

Oh really? Lest you think that reason will work when dealing with Democrats, the California Legislative Black Caucus unveiled in February the 16 reparations bills they are attempting to pass this year, hoping that the effort this year will be more successful than last year when almost no reparations bills were passed – nothing of consequence, anyway. The Legislative Black Caucus claims this is about “its push for justice and equality.”

Nope. Reparations are just a shakedown.

Assemblyman DeMaio is killing it in the Assembly. He uses his X account brilliantly – the weapon of a real distrupter.
