ANOTHER MAJOR REPUBLICAN CANDIDATE FOR GOVERNOR IN CALIFORNIA

On Saturday, May 24, 2025, Lara Trump on her Fox show, “My View”, interviewed Grant Cardone from the veranda of his Miami home.  She asked if he was going to run for Governor of California.  He informed her he was MOVING to California one year before the June 6, 2026 Primary, to “flip California from blue to red.”    To do that he would need to start an FPPC account, so he can raise money.  I went to the Internet and found his FPPC approved website.

Cardone has no money shown in his FPPC account—but his FEC account (using the same website) shows over $440,000—of which his companies donated more than $400,000.  Very strange to have both an FPPC account and an FEC (Federal) account#.

In November of 2023, he had a settlement with the Attorney General of Florida and the FTC for $150,000.  Here are the charges:

“The April lawsuit by the FTC and the Florida attorney general alleged that Chargebacks911 “regularly sent screenshots on behalf of their clients to credit card companies that supposedly show that consumers had agreed to the disputed charges,” according to an April press release from the government entities. It also alleged that the company used prepaid debit cards to help its clients lower their chargeback rate.

That FTC release also cited the lawsuit as noting that Chargebacks911’s clients included companies that the commission had previously “sued for deceiving consumers, including Apex Capital, F9 Advertising, and AH Media,” For each of those businesses, Chargebacks911 “disputed tens of thousands of chargebacks,” it said.”

If an evangelical Pastor like Rob McCoy or Jack Hibbs were to run for Governor, the media and the Democrats would be asking if their religion would govern how they hold office—the same question will be raised of Cardone, or the other GOP candidates.

A high powered DEMOCRAT consultant, sent me the following article from the HuffPost, “Financial Influencer Grant Cardone Says He Can Make You A Billionaire. His Investors Claim He Defrauded Them.”  In the article it shows his relationship to President Trump:  “In March 2022, businessman Grant Cardone stood onstage at his annual conference at the Diplomat Beach Resort in South Florida, preparing to introduce a special guest.

“The gentleman I’m about to bring to the circle right here is massively, massively successful,” he said, his voice reverberating through a room filled with thousands of his adoring fans.

“He’s the strongest marketer on planet Earth with the best brand in the world,” he continued. “Some of you will know this guy because he’s a real estate mogul. But most of you motherfuckers will know him because he is the 45th president of the United States of America.”

As the crowd roared and Lee Greenwood’s song “God Bless the USA” blared across the sound system, former President Donald Trump emerged from a corner of the room and strode to center stage, spotlights and smoke machines erupting around him.

Trump, smiling, fist-bumped Cardone, who seemed uncharacteristically starstruck as the former president told him, “You have a great reputation.” He added that if Cardone ever went into politics, “You would automatically have my vote. I don’t care whether you’re a Democrat or a Republican, you have my complete and total endorsement.”

Later on in the article, it shows he has a financial relationship with Dana White—the Presidents great friend. “(10X is the brand Cardone uses) According to its website, 10X Health sells a package of biohacking machines that promises to give “healing power back to the human body using magnetism, oxygen, and light.” It costs $132,936. Ultimate Fighting Championship president Dana White promoted Brecka’s methods on the “Balancing Chaos” podcast last year. “They do these tests on you and they know when you’re gonna die,” he said. “I became obsessed. He gave me 10.4 years. Completely changed my life.” White credited 10X Health with a newly chiseled physique and improved health. However, mixed martial arts fans were unimpressed, denouncing it as a “complete BS grift” online. (In response to questions about the efficacy of the technology sold by 10X Health, Brecka initially offered to send details about red light and oxygen therapy, and then declined to respond further.)

White responded directly to the social media criticism he was getting. “I get it. People are skeptical and people are talking about that I’m getting scammed. You think I would get scammed? You think I would allow myself to get scammed?” he told his followers in a video posted directly to UFC’s YouTube channel”

If you remember, at the famous Madison Square Garden Trump rally during the 2024 election, Grant Cardone was a featured speaker.

He does own a $40 million home in Malibu.  With Cardone, Bianco and Hilton in the race, it could assure the November, 2026 election will have two Democrats for Governor on the ballot.  I would predict it will be Katie Porter and Kamala Harris. A wild card is whether Trump will follow through with his 2022 statement that he would endorse Cardone, whether he was a Republican or Democrat.  Will the MAGA crowd support Cardone and his business and personal experience?  Will the Democrats use Cardone to take down Republican candidates—forcing them to endorse to denounce him?

Well, 2026 looks like it will be a doozy in California.
