Eber: No Kings Act revealed

As all the commentators proudly announced on Sunday morning, the No Kings rallies were 95% peaceful.  Only 5% broke out in violence.  In the case of where violence occurred, it was 100%.

We know that in California, Sacramento has provided $73 million to non profits to finance the hate filled rallies.  Just one organization received $34 million from the Feds to finance the rallies.

Actually these rallies and support of criminals from foreign countries is NOT about illegal aliens.  It is about Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS).  These folks hate Trump.  If he declared it night, that would riot to say it is day.

“While the future is almost impossible to predict, one wonders the next unpopular issue to be taken up by the Blue Wave.

Will it be banning apple pie because the fruit was picked by non-union labor?  Might Leftists forbid fireworks on the 4th of July because the noise frightens dogs?  Or in California the legislature passes a law when parents punish their children by sending them to bed with only bread and water, the flour used must be organic or gluten free?

Yikes! These scenarios scare me.  This is one case where I will willingly take my answer off the air.”

Maybe we should not be giving the nutty Left ideas to riot.

Having been so busy monitoring the latest developments in the ongoing war between Israel and Iran, I forgot Saturday morning had arrived.  Loyal Democrats in my community were planning to march the streets of Walnut Creek this day.

Calling one of my Progressive friends, I enquired what particular gripe was to be addressed at this event?

“Didn’t you know Richard, this march was organized  by the Democratic Party to promote the No Kings Act in Congress”, Lilly said.

Little did she know SB-4973 was legislation proposed by Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer to vilify and promote hatred of President Donald Trump.

The bills summary clumsily explained its purpose:

“To reassert the constitutional authority of Congress to determine the general applicability of the criminal laws of the United States, and for other purposes”

In effect Schumer and his Democratic colleagues were attempting to re-litigate the failed efforts of the Biden Administration to discredit, humiliate, and even jail Donald Trump. This was done before, during, and after the Presidential election of 2024.

Apparently, they still haven’t been able to rationalize the reasons for their defeat.

The No Kings Act has amounted to pure political theater.  It is a product of a geriatric organization who has no real ideas of their own. The  Donkeys continue to embarrass themselves taking odd stands on political issues in opposition to most of the electorate.

If the truth be known,  the No Kings Act is a monument to the disease of Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS). If this malady is not soon cured, it may mutate to become a fatal disease for Leftists in two years.

The symptoms for TDS includes:

• Supporting  former men competing as transgender females in Women’s competitive sports.  This stand taken by many Democrats contradicts 80% of the country, who are appalled by such anti-social positions.

• Being concerned about the legal rights of criminal illegal aliens who the American court system has ticketed for deportation.  Members of Congress journeying to El Salvador to visit gang members, might not well on election day.

• Support for the legal rights of foreign students spewing anti-semitic hatred and support for terrorist organizations dedicated to the destruction of Israel.  It doesn’t seem to matter most Jewish Democrats choose to turn the other cheek in dealing with this subject.

• Refusal to admit Donald Trump is dedicated to finding peaceful ends to conflicts in the Middle East and The Ukraine.  Along with this the acknowledgement of Democrats to be grateful a strong leader is now residing once again in the White House.

• Pretending The President’s One Great Big Beautiful Bill’a main purpose is attempting to transfer more wealth to billionaires.  Such a stand wouldn’t even be viable on Fantasy Island. Just think of workers not paying taxes on tips and overtime. Or the middle class who embrace the idea of forking over less cash to Uncle Sam.

Those wearing blue collars are also looking forward to anticipated new manufacturing employment created by investments Trump has negotiated throughout the world.  Such thinking contrasts with promises in the dark made by Joe Biden to create thousands jobs in solar to replace the production of fossil fuels.

The flimsy results of Biden’s folly have been duly noted by voters.

So after six months on the sidelines, the best Democrats can do is march in favor of Senate Bill 4973?

Even its author Chuck Schumer knows this bill or trying to impeach Donald Trump again is DOA.  It is pure Democratic propaganda with no chance of success.

Such reality does not even take into account the legislation contradicts the separation of powers outlined in the US Constitution. SB-4973 is a thinly veiled vehicle to be used as a fund raising tactic.

It is not Trump’s or his predecessors fault that  for the last quarter century, Congress has lost power to the Executive and Judicial branches of government.  Unfortunately their partisanship has resulted in a do nothing Senate and House surrendering decision making to others.

The fiction inspired No Kings Act is yet another failed attempt of Democrats and their co-dependents in the media to vilify Donald Trump.

We might even view it as the successor to The Russia Hoax and the Steele Dossier to fire up the Progressive Troops.  This was certainly evident on June 14th when Democratic protests were carried out to counter the Army’s 250th anniversary celebration.
