Colman: DO YOU SPEAK GERMAN?

Diversity, Inclusivity and Equity (DIE) does as it sounds.  It eliminates free choices, quality, competition and quality.  Those are replaced with bigotry, racism and cronyism based on being Politically Correct, at the moment.

Today, there is a new anti-Semitism.  It’s not the old-style anti-Semitism in which Jews were killed, tortured, injured, or imprisoned.

The new anti-Semitism is known as DEI.  Why are DEI criteria being employed in the hiring and retention of employees, especially public employees?

DEI criteria are nothing more than quotas.

Quotas are a way to discriminate against Caucasian Americans, Asian Americans, and others.

Years ago, quotas were employed against American Jews and other minorities.  In the early 20th century, Harvard university’s president, A. Lawrence Lowell, complained that there were too many Jews attending Harvard.  Lowell wanted a reduction in Jewish admissions.”

America is experiencing the Germany of 1903’s—and our media and colleges are supporting it—just like those in Germany did in the 30’s.  We have the American Bund running rallies in support of hatred and discrimination, along with support of terrorism.  Are there any adults in the Democrat Party willing to oppose this—with action, not a few weasel words?

DO YOU SPEAK GERMAN?

The leading scientists involved in the Manhattan Project, the World War II plan to build the atomic bomb, were Caucasian and mostly Jewish. Jewish examples are:  Albert Einstein; Robert Oppenheimer; Edward Teller; Leo Szilard; and Johnny von Neumann.

If DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) criteria were employed during the war, there might not have been an atomic bomb, and America might have lost the war.

(Einstein was not directly involved in the Manhattan Project.  In August 1939, Einstein wrote a letter to President Franklin Roosevelt, saying to Roosevelt that Germany might be developing an atomic bomb.)

Today, there is a new anti-Semitism.  It’s not the old-style anti-Semitism in which Jews were killed, tortured, injured, or imprisoned.

In California, Jews who graduated from schools like Beverly Hills High School and Fairfax High School were not easily admitted, despite excellent performances, to certain universities.  At these two high schools, there were large numbers of Jewish students.

In the American South, black people could not attend certain schools and could not sit at certain lunch counters.  The U.S. Supreme Court, in May 1954, ruled that segregation in public schools was unconstitutional.

Suppose DEI criteria were imposed in athletics.  The result would be fewer black players.  In sports, the goal is to win games, not keep qualified athletes out.

DEI is one of those weird ideas that ultimately keeps qualified school and job applicants from being admitted or hired.

DEI should be abolished.  The best way to proceed is to bar discrimination on the basis of race, creed, national origin, or sex.

If DEI were employed during World War II, the big question for Americans (and residents of other nations) would have been “Sprechen Sie Deutsch oder Japanisch?”  (Do you speak German or Japanese?)
