Corrupt Biden DOJ DEMANDS Elon Musk Violate Federal Law

You can not make this up.  Joe Biden is so corrupt; he used the Department of Justice to force Elon Musk and SPACEX violate Federal law.  If Musk agreed to violate the law—he could lose his federal contracts.  If he refused to violate Federal law, he could lose his contracts.  Either way, this was how Biden was going to destroy Elon Musk.

““The Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division is the federal government’s prosecutorial arm that basically enforces wokeness. They’re the ones who have ensured that, for the last decade, these companies have had all these crazy policies under the penalty of being investigated, subpoenaed, and ultimately prosecuted.”

“The most famous case that the current head of the Civil Rights division brought was the case against SpaceX for not hiring enough refugees—notwithstanding that SpaceX is a military contractor and is not permitted to hire non-American citizens under a separate law.”

“Dhillon is brilliant, and she’s the exact opposite of that.”

“Every signal is being sent that they’re going to do a 180 on all these things, and they’re going to begin prosecuting companies for violations of civil rights laws in the form of reverse discrimination—discrimination against white people, Asians, Jews, and other unprotected classes.”

Dhillon now has to prosecute DOJ employees that demanded law violations, extorted companies and abused their office.

Marc Andreesen Describes How Trump DOJ Civil Rights Pick Harmeet Dhillon Will Demolish Woke DEI Policies (VIDEO)

Trump has picked conservative lawyer Harmeet Dhillon to head up the civil rights division at the Department of Justice and this choice was not a coincidence.

Silicon Valley investor Marc Andreesen, who became a Trump supporter during this election cycle, recently described how Dhillon will aggressively go after woke DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) policies in the corporate world and academia.

Andreesen even suggests that the writing is on the wall and that some corporations are already making big changes in anticipation of Dhillon’s arrival in Washington.

“The Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division is the federal government’s prosecutorial arm that basically enforces wokeness.

“I think every major corporation in the country is just in flagrant violation of actual civil rights law. You cannot have these hard quotas and racially, ethnically, and religiously biased hiring practices. It’s flat-out illegal.”

The timing of Dhillon’s appointment could not be more consequential. The Supreme Court’s recent decision banning race-based admissions in private universities provides a potent judicial backdrop for her efforts. This ruling has already reverberated across the academic world, forcing institutions to abandon longstanding affirmative action policies. Dhillon’s mandate extends this principle to corporate America, where companies’ DEI initiatives frequently cross into outright racial and gender quotas—practices that Andreessen bluntly calls “mass illegality.”

For Dhillon, the strategy is clear: prosecute those who violate the law and incentivize voluntary compliance. “If you don’t want to be a target, it’s a great ‘get out of jail free’ card to voluntarily shut all this stuff down,” Andreessen explains. Already, signs of this shift are evident. Major corporations like Boeing and academic institutions like the University of Michigan have begun scaling back or outright dismantling their DEI programs, anticipating heightened scrutiny from Dhillon’s DOJ.

Dhillon was the perfect choice for this task. She is smart, strong, and knows the law inside and out.

  1. Same o, same o from the left wing social democrat liberals and RINOs. Most of these organizations are funded non profits who don’t pay taxes but force business enterprises to spend business resources to fight their ideology. If a business looses, hey have to pay a fine and court costs. If the non profit looses and the business sues for reimbursement of their cost to fight the superfluous charge, they simply go out of business and reorganize under a different name. These “never do gooder” organizations should be required to put up a bond equal the the dollar amount of the lawsuit so the business can recover their cost if they win the challenge.
