Racists are told to fight back to keep their jobs—and continuing stealing from the taxpayers—in support of the KKK style discrimination of DEI.
“Around 1,000 diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) officers gathered last week for the National Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education annual conference, which empowered them to fight back and defend their positions against attacks on their work, The Chronicle of Higher Education reported.
But fighting back, The Chronicle reported, may be difficult as the federal government cracks down on DEI efforts.
In mid February, the U.S. Department of Education gave K-12 schools and higher education institutions across the country two options: eliminate programs focused on DEI or face unspecified cuts in federal funding. The Trump administration doubled down on its plan by opening an online portal where parents and community members can report educators and schools that use the programs — making educators wary.”
I would love to see how they will defend promoting racism? Glad to see the attempt by the Trump administration to end the systemic racism in America promoted by the Democrat Party, our historic and current racist political Party.

Jobs, departments and student support programs have been eliminated. Even before that, across 37 states, The Chronicle tracked 265 examples in which DEI offices, jobs, training and other activities have been dismantled or changed since 2023, even though not required by law. Also since 2023, The Chronicle has tracked anti-DEI legislation. Of 126 proposed bills across 29 states, in which 15 have become law, 64 mentioned DEI officers or offices.
“They’re trying to make you afraid of fighting,” actor and social-justice advocate Hill Harper said during the conference, The Chronicle reported.
At the conference, according to The Chronicle, educators in DEI were also encouraged to:
- build coalitions so they’re not defending their work alone, including by involving students
- focus on imminent threats to their work
- advocate for data collection to show why diversity programs are needed and how they pay off financially, including by improving graduation rates
- be prepared to talk about DEI work with different terms
- resist attempts to end programs and lay off staff unless and until they have to
“To do the work when you’re being attacked is even harder,” said Tabbye M. Chavous, vice provost for equity and inclusion and chief diversity officer at the University of Michigan.
Little says “Klan with a tan” like DEI. It’s basically a glossed-over way of saying, “If you don’t fit a Left-wing approved demographic, get lost”.

Yes., Hill, yes we are.
