In just two weeks, Trump has announced most of his important Cabinet nominations. All of them want to fix the government, cut it down to size and end the lobbyist, special interest control of the White House and Congress. The first hundred days will be filled with the announcement of agencies closing, the none spending of corrupt money allocated by Biden, a military that is really a military not a social experiment.
It is even possible to see Mayors and other elected officials, that try to protect illegal aliens arrested for violating Federal law.
We are witnessing a total transformation of our government. The next step is to work for 2026 to solidify our gains.

Trump has announced many people in his administration at record speed. After having been elected to a second term two weeks ago Trump has already announced Macro Rubio as his Secretary of State, Pete Hegseth as his Secretary of Defense, Matt Gatz as his Attorney General, Tulsi Gabbard as Director of National Intelligence, Susie Wiles as his Chief of Staff, Stephen Miller as his deputy chief of staff for policy, Elise Stefanik as Ambassador to the United Nations, and he announced that Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy would lead the Department of Government Efficiency. Trump has been appointing these men in record speed. Compared to his first term Trump did not announce who would be in his cabinet until several weeks after he was elected. He did not announce that Rick Tillerson would be Secretary of State nor that James Mattis would be the Secretary of Defense until December 2016. Likewise, Biden did not announce much of his cabinet until December 2020.
Trump has also selected women to very powerful positions. He became the first president to appoint a women to be chief of staff in Susie Wiles and he selected Karoline Leavitt as the youngest-ever press secretary.
Trump’s quick appointment announcements and the long agenda that he hopes to accomplish during his administration mean that he will likely have an effective presidency. On the foreign front, Trump has already promised to end the Ukraine war on day one and hopes to stop the Hamas-Israeli war as well. Domestically Trump has promised to eliminate the federal income tax, taxes on social security benefits, and taxes on overtime work. He also promises to lower the corporate income tax rate to 15% and to extend his 2017 tax overhaul. To continue to fund services and goods in our country Trump plans to implement tariffs of 20% on foreign goods. He also hopes to cut unnecessary government regulations such as removing obstacles to fossil fuel production so that household utility bills will drop. In regard to education Trump has promised to eliminate the Department of Education. He wants to increase parental rights in schools. He also supports a universal school choice program which would allow a student’s allotment of public education funds to be transferred to nonpublic schools. Overall Trump has promised many changes to our way of life. He promises to make the world safer by bringing an end to both the Russian-Ukraine War and the Hamas-Israel War. He also promises to improve the lives of Americans by lowering gas prices, combating inflation, lowering taxes for middle-class and lower-class Americans, and doing away with the Department of Education.
