Newson/Biden Plan to Kill Off Cars/Freedom is Working:  Average LA County Gas Price Rises to Highest Amount Since Nov. 13

The goal of Biden and Newsom is to get us out of our cars.  They want us to use expensive, unreliable—and unsafe—government transportation.  Or walk, bike or become a hermit.  One way of doing it is to make cars too expensive, hence the EV mandate.  In the meantime, they want gas to be too expensive—and it is working.

“The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County rose Tuesday to its highest amount since Nov. 13, increasing 1.1 cents to $5.163, rising for the 15th consecutive day and 18th time in 19 days.

The average price has risen 23.3 cents over the past 19 days, including eight-tenths of a cent Monday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service. It rose three consecutive days, dropped one-tenth of a cent March 18 and resumed increasing March 19.”

When you vote on November 5, remember to thank Biden, Newsom and the Democrats for making you poorer.

The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County rose Tuesday to its highest amount since Nov. 13, increasing 1.1 cents to $5.163, rising for the 15th consecutive day and 18th time in 19 days.

The average price has risen 23.3 cents over the past 19 days, including eight-tenths of a cent Monday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service. It rose three consecutive days, dropped one-tenth of a cent March 18 and resumed increasing March 19.

The average price is 11.7 cents more than a week ago, 27.5 cents higher than one month ago and 29.2 cents greater than one year ago. It has dropped $1.331 since rising to a record $6.494 on Oct. 5, 2022.

The Orange County average price also rose for the 15th consecutive day and 18th time in 19 days, increasing 1 cent to $5.125, its highest amount since Nov. 2. It has increased 24.6 cents over the past 19 days, including eight-tenths of a cent Monday. It rose three consecutive days, dropped one-tenth of a cent March 18 and resumed increasing March 19.

The Orange County average price is 12.3 cents more than a week ago, 26.6 cents higher than it was one month ago and 29.5 cents greater than one year ago. It has dropped $1.334 since rising to a record $6.459 on Oct. 5, 2022.

The national average price dropped one-tenth of a cent to $3.535, the fifth consecutive day it changed by one-tenth of a cent. It dropped one-tenth of a cent Friday, Saturday and Sunday and rose one-tenth of a cent Monday.

The national average price is two-tenths of a cent more than one week ago, 19.7 cents higher than one month ago and 3 cents greater than one year ago. It has dropped $1.481 since rising to a record $5.016 on June 14, 2022.

“The national average price of gasoline has finally slowed a bit after four weeks of notable increases, stalling in the mid-$3.50s for the last week or two, not a bad week for motorists as rising demand would normally put solid upward pressure on prices,” said Patrick De Haan, head of petroleum analysis at GasBuddy, which provides real-time gas price information from more than 150,000 stations.

“For now, motorists have a bit of a reprieve from the constant big weekly price jumps. So long as we don’t see extenuating circumstances, we’re likely close to a top in prices.”
