The pardons are actually great news. No one who was just pardoned will be able to refuse to testify in a civil, criminal, or congressional proceeding based upon the 5th Amendment.

And let’s just be realistic. Most of these disgusting individuals would probably have to be charged in Washington, DC, which doesn’t convict partisan leftists.

The basis of this theory is straightforward: to assert the 5th Amendment, one must reasonably believe the information they provide could be used in a criminal prosecution. But if they’ve been gifted a Biden blanket pardon, what do they have to fear?

Fauci, I believe will have numerous lawsuits and indictments.  The good news is that first he will have to tell the truth to Congress—when he lies, he gets indicted.  Will an Attorney General charge him with being a serial killer?

Joe Biden was handing out preemptive pardons to some of the Swamp’s creepiest and slimiest characters. From Fauci to Milley, Cheney to Kinzinger, and plenty of ghouls in between including the one we’re focusing on today: Adam Schiff.

Schiff happily accepted the blanket pardon—but why? If he did nothing wrong, why would he need one?

That’s the question that is coming back to haunt Schiff, even as we speak.

After all, it was Schiff who showed up on Joy Reid’s low-rated show to discuss these preemptive pardons, and how innocent people don’t need them.

Schiff once claimed that these types of pardons were “presidential abuse” and needed to be stopped. But, of course, Schiff isn’t raising a fuss over Biden’s preemptive pardons. Because, as we all know, it’s always (D)ifferent for (D)ems.

And why do Dems say it’s different this time? As you’d expect, they have a flimsy and ironic answer. They claim these pardons are justified because they’re being used to protect innocent “democracy warriors” from Trump’s revenge.

Laughable, right?

Especially coming from the same North Korea-style regime that made imprisoning political dissenters their full-time job.

So, did Schiff have reason to worry? Absolutely. He was the Deep State’s lead stooge in pushing the Russia hoax on the American people.

Schiff knew his only way out was a Deep State pardon.
