First he can get the CRP Board of Directors to sue to stop this open corruption. Since he really believes in what he wrote, I am sure that at the January CRP Board meeting he will make that motion.
Second, he can file a civil rights violation with the DOJ. The good news is that the new head of that DOJ division . Now is the time to put your article into action.is Harmeet Dhillon—the California National Committeewoman.
Maybe he can get the CRP Board to sue the State of California to get an audit of the voting rolls to get the illegal aliens off.

Shawn Steel, the Republican National Committee members for California, told Breitbart News Sunday that Democrats won several congressional seats in the Golden State because ballots received after Election Day were counted — a practice that would have been illegal in other states.
Steel is the husband of Rep. Michelle Steel (R-CA), who lost narrowly to Democratic challenger Derek Tran by 603 votes, though she led by 10,000 on Election Day.
“It all goes back to COVID, the way they changed the laws … they flooded the market with absentee ballots to everybody,” Steel told Breitbart News Sunday. His wife won Election Day votes, and even absentee ballots, but lost big among ballots collected in drop boxes.
He added that one-third of the votes in the 45th district, which is an inland district in Orange County, came in after Election Day.
Republican incumbents lost three seats in California, though the GOP retained overall control of the House by a narrow majority. Republicans also narrowly missed flipping a Democrat-held seat in California, Steel said.
Steel’s wife, Rep. Steel, was targeted by pro-choice groups over her pro-life stances, in a strategy Democrats adopted nationwide. But Shawn Steel maintained that she was beaten by the late ballot counts — perfectly legal in California, but outlawed in other parts of the country.
He noted that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit — which covers Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi — had struck down state laws that allowed ballots to be counted after Election Day, even if they had been postmarked by Election Day. The RNC had challenged a Mississippi law that allowed such ballots to be counted.
The committeeman has long been a champion of the idea that Republicans should adopt Democrats’ own “ballot harvesting” tactics against them, but said Sunday that a return to the classic model — one day of voting, in person, with photo ID, and registration in advance — was necessary.
Rep. Steel may be under consideration for a post in the incoming Trump administration, including ambassador to South Korea.

The Republican Congress needs to pass a bill for FEDERAL elections (held every two years since we re-elect the entire House). In addition to proof of citizenship, it must demand paper ballots so there cannot be any manipulation. ONE DAY voting with exceptions for the military and perhaps a few other limited exceptions. Ballots cannot be accepted days after Election Day – that is outright fraud!
I heard from many Republicans who felt that many Republicans who “lost” their race should not have conceded. By conceding, opportunities to investigate the fraud were no longer applicable.
California’s elections under Gov. Gavin Newsom have become third-world banana republics. (In fact, I think banana republics have more honest elections.) There is a reason I sign many email messages with “Robin in Communist California.”

Congressional District 45 also reaches into Los Angeles County.
Michelle steel lost her Congressional seat because the RNC has no ground game in Los Angeles County.
Mike Garcia also lost his Congressional seat.
LA County has seventeen Congressional Districts contests and more registered Republicans than any other county in the Country.
Someone needs to ask the question.
With so much at stake why does the RNC not have a ground game in Los Angeles County?
After reading Shawn Steel’s article, it makes this reader wonder why the CA GOP did nothing. They raised a lot of money using the Election Integrity mantra, but did nothing (in my research) about it. Shawn Steel is familiar with how CA GOP works and NOTHING happened. It makes one wonder about the priorities of those in charge of the CA GOP today today (and yesteryear). The follow up thought is how can we expect to win elections with leadership like that and the answer is, we don’t. If someone can show me CA GOP efforts that I missed on fighting election fraud during the counting process, please straighten me out.
