The right of our UCLA students to express themselves needs to be protected. They are our conscience and our guides. To support their well-being in the aftermath of this traumatic event, we are adjusting classes and event schedules and individually checking in with our impacted students. We will also continue to collaborate with labor and community partners who are committed to speaking out on behalf of students’ right to safe, peaceful demonstration and collective action. Your tax dollars went into the training and support of the effort to keep Jews from classrooms and close down the UCLA campus. So if you are a union member, you are paying dues to hate filled anti-Semites—you must be proud to support Jew hating—especially Jewish union members!
| UNIONS/UCLA Labor Center Support Hamas/Nazi’s Shut Down of UCLA UCLA Labor Center, 5/6/24 Dear UCLA Labor Center community, Yesterday, we marched for May Day to exercise one of the most powerful tools to enact change — the right to peacefully protest. Over the last week, we have witnessed UCLA students exercise this right, practicing a deep commitment to nonviolence. Our students have engaged in peaceful actions in a long tradition of anti-war, civil rights, and anti-Apartheid efforts. They also faced the unfortunate tradition of our institutions failing to protect them. Even in the face of violence and abuse from outside agitators, they remained steadfast in their commitment to de-escalation tactics, mutual aid, and teach-ins. This morning, students were met with hundreds of police officers from the LAPD, CHP, and LA Sheriff’s Department. Donned in riot gear, they shut down the student encampment and arrested an estimated 130 students and supporters. Disturbing videos are circulating of police firing rubber bullets into crowds. In the wake of all these demonstrations and we know that the George Soros Tides foundation and a couple of others are behind the financing and the logistics of these riots. The national sedition Act needs to be updated. It was generally written for those that protest mor act against the interests of the USA while on foreign soil. Think back to Slick willy’s days at Oxford and he traveled to Russai and committed seditious acts there. The same goes for John Kerry and Jane Fonda.
Unions and educational institutions must be clamped down on. the SEIU, a government employee union has some very radical roots and issues. Employee bargaining groups were not organized for the purposes of seditions, riots, acts of violence against cities and their legal entities such as police departments and fire departments that are organized for the general safety of the communities they serve.
